维护支持

在中国，由受过专业培训的维修工程师负责测试和维修工作。他们在调试、测试和维修复杂真空系统、压缩机系统与流程泵方面经验丰富，主要针对以下行业客户：

生产设施

希赫泵业专用车间与仓库占地面积5000平方米。因此上海希赫能够在本地对泵机组进行设计和组装，并进行复杂真空系统和压缩机系统的设计制造工作。

公司在上海同时还建有一个生产中心，主要进行单体真空泵的制造、组装和测试。

为减少停工可能，工厂另备有一批常用型号泵产品以及推荐使用的备用部件。

SIHI Pumps (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a member of the Sterling Fluid Systems group of companies, a world leader in fluid handling technologies specializing in vacuum and compressor systems.

The organization is in affiliation with its parent company, Thyssen Bornemisza Group (TBG) which has sales of more than US $2 billion.

SIHI Pumps (Shanghai) Co., Ltd employs approximately 50 employees for the purpose of administration, engineering, quality control, manufacturing, sales and service with a turnover in excess of Euro 13 million

System Design & Product Selection

SIHI Pumps (Shanghai) Co., Ltd has an industry focus in supporting our customers in their system design & product selection. Our local engineers work with our regional and global industry experts to ensure the most appropriate process is developed.

In China, SIHI has application engineers who are familiar in both the process industry and the products commonly used. Industry experts, based in Europe are tasked to provide detailed experience and knowledge.

Service support

The testing & servicing capability is provided by trained service engineers based in China. They are experienced at commissioning, testing and servicing complex vacuum systems, compressor systems and process pumps for our customers in the following industries:

 Chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical industries
 Food and beverage industries
 Power, waste water and heavy industries

Product experts located in the Asian region and Germany further support our service engineers. This support is either provided ‘on line’ via telephone or where an issue requires physical support, these engineers and product experts will be bought in to rectify our customers’ issues.

Manufacturing Facility

SIHI Pumps has a 5000m2 purpose built workshop and warehouse area. This enables SIHI Shanghai to locally design and assemble pump sets and to engineer complex process vacuum and compressor systems.

Production

The Shanghai facility also houses a production centre for the manufacture, assembly and testing of close coupled vacuum pumps.

To reduce downtime a selection of common pump models and recommended spare parts are kept on stock for immediate use.

SIHI Pumps (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is the regional headquarter of SIHI Pumps Asia. The Singapore office is the regional finance and administration centre. This enables our customers, including the regional headquarters of our multinational customers to address all financial & administrative matters locally.
