入职基本要求 Basic Requirements：
1.学历及专业 Degree Major：大专以上学历，机械或金属材料相关专业。 College degree or above, mechanical or metal material major
2.经验：
1）在本公司技术部、制造、市场销售部分别实习1个月以上并通过考核；( Have more than 1 month internship experience in technical department, manufacturing, sales and marketing of our company respectively and pass examination)
2）在本部门质量工程师岗位实习满3个月以上并通过考核，或在其他单位担任相当职位一年以上；( In quality department as inspection engineer more than 3months and through examination, or in other company as similar position more than one year)
3）取得ISO9001/APIQ1内审员资质并参与1次外审或2次内审。( Obtained ISO9001 / APIQ1 internal auditors qualification and participate in internal audit 2times or external audit 1time)
3.knowledge：
1）Office software：EXCEL、WORD、POWERPOINT、VISIO；
2）Be familiar with necessary standard such as API Q1, TSG, ISO 9000 and API etc.；
4.技能( skills)：一定的听说沟通能力，读写能力熟练，国家英语四级或以上( Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing ability to communicate, CET 4 or above)。
职位项目：
1.编制或组织编制公司质量保证体系文件，并参与对质量保证文件的定期评审；
Establish QMS docs, and arrange regular audit for quality system;
2.负责纠正和预防措施的监督和验证，并向质保主管汇报；
Mornitoring and verify corrective and proventive action, report results to supervisor;
3.根据内审结果，向质保主管提议要求相关部门对质量管理体系文件进行合理修订；
According to internal audit result, give the suggestion to supervisor to require related depts to modify their QMS;
4.负责实施质量体系内审计划；
Be responsible for the implementation of the quality system internal audit plan;
5.协助质保主管接受客户或第三方组织的外部审核；
Assist the quality supervisor to do customer or third party external audit;
6.协助质保主管接受公司产品第三方认证或客户批准的工作；
Assist the quality supervisor to get the certification from the third company or approved by client
7.负责参与对公司内部的重大质量事故进行调查和处理（包括客诉）；
Be responsible for the participation of internal major quality accident investigation and handling (including complain of client);
8.根据对质量的影响，向质量主管提议中止任意部门、任意工序、任意个人当前正在进行的工作的建议；
Proposal to the supervisor to suspend any department, any process, any personal current ongoing work acc. to the impact of quality, and order them to correct;
9.对职务相关管理流程和规定提出合理化建议；
Give the rationalization suggestion on related job management processes andregulations;
10.为公司内的其他同事提供力所能及的协助；
Do everything in your power to help the other colleagues in the company;
11.积极提升自身业务知识、能力和综合素养；
Give the rationalization suggestion on related job management processes andregulations;
12.维护公司财产和企业形象。
Maintain company\\\\\\\s property and the enterprise image.
